Can you control it without using the app?
Yes you absolutely can. We recommend using the app to get the most from your SleepEasy™ machine (sleep timers, schedules etc), however the machine is still fully functional without the app via the intuitive touch controls. If you’re not a fan of using the app regularly, we recommend creating personalised favourites on the app which can be switched through using the favourites button on the machine.

Will it keep running if we have a power outage?
Yes. The SleepEasy™ has an average battery lifespan of 10-12 hours which means when fully charged, if the power goes out it will still run all night. Most users choose to leave the unit plugged in via the USB socket so it is always charged meaning you are guaranteed a full night’s rest even during a power outage.

Can the sound and light functions be used independently?
Yes. Using the sound and light independently can be done easily via the app or the intuitive touch controls on the machine.

Can adults use it too?
Absolutely. The SleepEasy™ is designed with the whole family in mind. It is a great tool for light sleepers and can be used for a gentle wake-up utilising the sunrise simulation mode as opposed to a loud alarm.

Do I need to pay for the app?
No. The app is completely free to use without any monthly or yearly subscription fees.
