I wasn't expecting a huge difference because I'd already been using a wearable pump, but the Ember has completely changed my routine. I normally have a really slow let down, especially in the evenings, and the warmth seems to help almost immediately. I don't feel like I'm sitting there waiting anymore. It's also one of the few baby products my husband noticed because he commented that I seem much less frustrated after pumping now!
